It’s pretty simple! Our Bond Back Guarantee means we stand by the quality of our clean. If your property manager or landlord has any issues with an area we cleaned (based on our standard checklist), just let us know within 72 hours. We’ll pop back and fix it up for you, completely free of charge. We aim to make sure the cleaning isn’t a reason your bond gets held up. How does the instant quote calculator work?
Our online calculator is designed for total transparency! Just enter details about your property (like the number of bedrooms and bathrooms) and any extras you need (like carpet cleaning). It will give you an instant quote based on the information you provide. As long as the property details are accurate, that’s the price you’ll pay.
What's included in a standard end-of-lease clean?
We follow a comprehensive checklist designed to meet typical real estate agent standards for getting your bond back. This covers things like deep cleaning kitchens (oven, cooktop, rangehood, cupboards inside and out), bathrooms (showers, toilets, vanities), bedrooms, living areas, walls (spot cleaning), skirting boards, windows (internal, reachable external), light fittings, floors, and more. What's not included, or costs extra?
Our standard end-of-lease clean is designed to be really comprehensive, but we like to be upfront about a few specific things that aren’t typically included or are available as optional extras. If you need services like deep carpet cleaning, pest control, or lawn mowing and basic garden tidy-ups, just let us know – these are popular add-ons you can easily include in your quote. Things generally outside the standard scope include cleaning ceilings, tackling extensive mould (we recommend specialists for severe cases), cleaning fully furnished properties (we work best in empty homes!), washing external windows beyond easy reach, or deep cleaning blinds and curtains (though we always give them a good dust or wipe!). Garages and balconies also need to be specifically added if required. For total clarity, the best thing is to simply reach out if you have any questions at all – we’re happy to help!
How do I book a clean after getting my quote?
Easy! Once you’ve got your instant quote from the calculator and you’re happy with it, you’ll see an option right there to submit your details (name, email/phone) and your preferred date for the clean. Just fill that in and send it off to us. We’ll then get in touch with you ASAP to confirm the booking details and answer any other questions you might have.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?
Nope, leave that to us! Our cleaning teams arrive fully equipped with all the necessary professional-grade products and equipment to get the job done right. All we need from you is access to the property with running water and electricity.
How long will the end-of-lease clean take?
It really depends on the size of your property and its condition. A standard 2-bedroom apartment might take several hours, while a larger house will naturally take longer. When we confirm your booking, we can give you a better time estimate. Our focus is on being thorough, not rushing through.
Do I need to be at the property during the clean?
You don’t have to be! Most tenants prefer to provide access (like arranging key collection) and then leave us to work our magic. We just need access to an empty property with power and water. We’ll let you know once we’re finished.
