What our guarantee means for you!
Our Bond Back Guarantee applies to all cleaning tasks included in our standard End-of-Lease Cleaning Checklist (and any paid optional extras).
If your property manager or landlord has concerns about the cleanliness of an item specifically covered by our completed checklist, our guarantee means we're here to help. Simply get in touch with us within 72 hours of the service completion, providing details from your agent, and we'll take care of it.
Our commitment to getting it right.
Should there be a valid concern directly related to our checklist items, we will arrange for our team to return to the property promptly (usually within 2 business days). We will re-clean the specific checklist item(s) identified, at no extra charge to you. Our aim is to quickly address any such cleaning issues.
Understanding the guarantee: Limitations & Exclusions
While we stand firmly by our cleaning, it's important to be clear about what the Bond Back Guarantee does not cover:
Issues Unrelated to Our Cleaning
This includes property damage, general maintenance, normal wear and tear, or pest infestations (unless pest control was a booked service).
Areas Not on
Our Checklist
Items or areas not part of our standard service or agreed-upon paid extras.
Permanent Damage or Ingrained Stains
Such as permanent marks, deep-set mould in silicone/grout, or severe stains beyond reasonable cleaning restoration.
Post-Clean Issues
This includes property damage, general maintenance, normal wear and tear, or pest infestations (unless pest control was a booked service).
Hindered Cleaning
Areas where cleaning was impeded (e.g., property not empty, no power/hot water, unsafe conditions).
Time Limit
Issues not reported to us within 72 hours of the service completion.
